Four types of people who attend the training program
1) TP - Time Pass
2) Prisoners - HTT - Hostility towards the trainer
3) LEARN
4) IKIA - I Know It All
Friends, guess which type of people would be successful in this program
yes, obviously third category
We all should have a childish behaviour in us, thats when we can LEARN things around us.

Have you observed this? In corporate world, more than half would fall in this category. This superset covers TP,HTT & IKIA... ;)
Get trained for what you need and not for what your manager thinks, is that correct ?

We need to look for what we need, else you would be forced to like on what you get.
